Jordanville, NY: The Autumnal Clergy Conference began at Holy Trinity Monastery

On Tuesday, October 18, on the feast of the Hierarchs of Moscow, the Eastern American Diocesan Autumnal Clergy Conference for clergy and their spouses began at Holy Trinity Monastery in Jordanville, NY. Early that morning, the Divine Liturgy was celebrated in the main Holy Trinity Cathedral. After the Liturgy, a greeting of the Protectress of the Russian Diaspora, the wonderworking Kursk Root Icon of the Mother of God, was held, followed by a moleben before the beginning of any good work. Following the moleben, His Grace, Eastern American Diocesan vicar Bishop George of Mayfield, greeted conference participants, wishing everyone a successful and productive conference. Participants were then greeted by monastery abbot Archimandrite Luke (Murianka).

The Autumnal Clergy Conference is being held October 18-20.
