Wayne, WV: Bishop George led the Divine Services in Holy Cross Monastery on the Feast of the Entry of the Lord into Jerusalem

On Saturday, April 7, on the eve of the Great Feast of the Entry of the Lord into Jerusalem, His Grace, Eastern American Diocesan vicar Bishop George of Mayfield, led the All-Night Vigil in Holy Cross Monastery in Wayne, WV. His Grace was co-served by the monastery’s deputy abbot, Abbot Seraphim (Voepel), and monastery clergy. After the reading of the Gospel, Bishop George performed the blessing of the palms and pussy willows, which were then distributed to the brethren and pilgrims.

The following day, His Grace celebrated the Divine Liturgy, co-served by the above-mentioned clergy. Photos of the Palm Sunday services in Holy Cross Monastery are available to our readers below.
