Meeting members discussed various technical issues relating to the organization of the conference, and focused particular attention on the unique schedule of events for this historic gathering.

Organizers expect that almost 200 clergymen and their spouses will take part in the conference. The Myrrh-Streaming Hawaiian-Iveron Icon of the Mother of God, which started streaming myrrh five years ago after the Reunification, will also be present at the conference. Joint service of the All-Night Vigil will be held at Holy Dormition Convent in Novo-Diveevo on June 8, while the Divine Liturgy on June 9 will be concelebrated at Three Saints Church in Garfield, NJ. The main body of the conference’s work will take place in the parish hall of Holy Protection Church, where parishioners are willing to lovingly greet all of the guests who arrive for this great event.
