New Brunswick, NJ: Bishop Jerome led the Patronal Feast Day of Holy Virgin Protection Church

On Sunday, October 14, on the feast of the Protection of the Mother of God, His Grace, Eastern American Diocesan vicar Bishop Jerome of Manhattan, visited New Brunswick, NJ, to lead the patronal feast day of Holy Virgin Protection Church.

On Sunday morning, Bishop Jerome celebrated the Divine Liturgy, co-served by parish rector Priest Leonid Goferman, Deacon Anatoly Revitskyy (cleric of the Church of our Lady, Joy of All Who Sorrow, in Philadelphia, PA), and Deacon Andrei Psarev (cleric of Holy Trinity Monastery in Jordanville, NY).

At the Little Entrance, Fr. Leonid was award the gold cross. After the service, a bountiful festal luncheon was offered in the parish hall.
