Jordanville: Metropolitan Jonah leads Pentecost services in Holy Trinity Monastery

Sunday, June 8, the great feast of Pentecost, marked the patronal feast day of Holy Trinity Monastery in Jordanville, NY. Festal divine services on Saturday night and Sunday morning were led by His Eminence, Metropolitan Jonah. His Eminence was co-served by monastery rector Archimandrite Luke (Murianka), as well as monastery and visiting clergy.

Following the Liturgy, Metropolitan Jonah led Pentecost Vespers with the Kneeling prayers. Upon completion of Vespers, Fr. Luke greeted the Hierarchal guest, thanking him for his Archpastoral visit and prayers.

After the service, the clergy and pilgrims joined the brethren for a festal meal and reception on the monastery lawns.
