Jordanville: First Annual Alumni Gathering to be held at Holy Trinity Seminary on Feast of Three Hierarchs

Holy Trinity Orthodox Seminary in Jordanville, NY cordially invites the alumni of the seminary to join the seminary and monastery community in the celebration of the school’s patronal feast day – the feast of Three Holy Hierarchs and Ecumenical Teachers: Basil the Great, Gregory the Theologian, and John Chrysostom.

All of Holy Trinity Seminary’s graduates are invited to come for a three-day pilgrimage to Holy Trinity Monastery (February 10-12), during which they will have an opportunity to sit in on classes, tour the newly-opened Museum of the Foundation of Russian History, meet the current generation of seminarians and faculty, and discover for themselves the seminary’s current vision and mission. The alumni event will conclude on February 11-12, with the celebration of the festal All-Night Vigil and Divine Liturgy for the feast of the Three Hierarchs.

Those who would like to take part in this event are encouraged to RSVP with the seminary by e-mail at events@hts.edu no later than January 30, 2015. All alumni are offered free lodging at the monastery guesthouse and free meals in the monastery refectory (though voluntary donations are always welcome).
