Palm Coast, FL: Pilgrimage to Holy Sites of Italy Planned

With the blessing of His Eminence, Metropolitan Hilarion, the parish of St. Nicholas in Palm Coast, FL is organizing a pilgrimage to Italy from October 3-16.  During the trip, pilgrims will visit Christian holy sites in Rome, Amalfi, Bari, Salerno, Pescara, Ravenna, Venice, Florence, and other Italian cities. Pilgrims will have a chance to pray at the Sunday Divine Liturgy in Rome, and in the Basilica of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker at the holy hierarch’s relics in Bari. Also included in the itinerary: visiting the Vatican, the Russian Academy of Art in Florence, and a multitude of local sights.

The cost of the pilgrimage is $1,580, which includes lodging in 3-star hotels; two meals per day; guided tours in Venice, Florence, and Rome; the cost of commemoration slips at molebens and Liturgies in the program, and gratuity for the tour guides. Airfare is not included.
