New York City: Metropolitan Hilarion leads Hierarchal Liturgy in Synodal Cathedral

On July 10, the 3rd Sunday after Pentecost, Metropolitan Hilarion of Eastern America & New York, First Hierarch of the Russian Church Abroad, celebrated Divine Liturgy in the Synodal Cathedral of the Sign in New York City. His Eminence was co-served by Bishop Nicholas of Salavat & Kumertau and Bishop Nicholas of Manhattan (vicar of the Eastern American Diocese), as well as Archpriests Vasiliy Raskovskiy (cathedral cleric) and Alexandre Antchoutine (dean of Long Island & the Hudson Valley), Hieromonks Eutychius (Dovganyuk; cathedral cleric) and Yeliferiy (Skiba; cleric of the Church of our Lady "The Inexhaustible Chalice" in Brooklyn, NY), cathedral Protodeacons Nicolas Mokhoff, Vadim Gan, Nathan Mousselli, and Dionysius Lvov, and visiting clergy.

Upon completion of the service, Metropolitan Hilarion greeted Bishop Nicholas of Salavat & Kumertau, currently visiting Orthodox America from Russia. Bishop Nicholas, in turn, addressed the faithful gathered in the cathedral for the Sunday services with a sermon.

After Liturgy, the sisterhood held the traditional luncheon for clergy and parishioners in the cathedral hall.
