Metropolitan Hilarion's Directive regarding the Convocation of the 2016 Diocesan Pastoral Conference

October 18-20, 2016. The Conference officially begins on Tuesday, October 18 at 11:00 AM with a moleben in the church; Monday, October 17, is designated as a travel day.

Cost
Registration cost is $200 per person and does not include lodging accommodations.

Who can attend

Airport
 The local parish will arrange pick-up from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) only. Services
All clergy will concelebrate with His Eminence, Metropolitan Hilarion, at the Hierarchal Divine Liturgy in St. Mary of Egypt Church on Thursday, October 20th – 9:00 AM Greeting of the Metropolitan, Hours, and Liturgy. Clergy are asked to bring their own gold vestments.

The wonderworking Kursk Root and myrrh-streaming "Softener of Evil Hearts" Icons of the Mother of God will be present at the divine services and throughout the conference.

Speakers
The main speakers at the Pastoral Conference are Archpriest Nikolai Artemoff and Deacon Mark Barna, author of A Christian Ending: A Handbook for Burial in the Ancient Christian Tradition.
