Rectors and clerics of the Eastern American Diocese are advised of two directives from His Eminence, Metropolitan Hilarion: the first regarding use of proper sacramental wine for divine services, the second regarding the undertaking of a plate collection for the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission in the Holy Land.
