RETREATS
Holy Cross Monastery – 505
Holy Cross Road, Wayne, WV.
March 24-26, 2014 (Retreat officially begins on March 25th at 7:00
AM, Monday March 24th is designated as a travel day – informal
dinner at 4:30 PM followed by Matins and Great Compline at 5:30 PM).
$150 per person (includes two nights lodging).
Clergy (deacons and priests) and matushkas of the Eastern American
Diocese and Patriarchal Parishes in America.
Beech Fork State Park,
Wayne, WV. Two nights lodging (double occupancy) on March 24th
and 25th. When registering please indicate your primary
roommate choice (couples will automatically be assigned to the same
room).
Those who wish to fly to West Virginia must fly to Charleston
Yeager Airport CRW and send their flight information to
fralexander@holycross-hermitage.com in order to arrange for
pickup and drop off.
All clergy will serve at the Hierarchal Presanctified Liturgy in
Christ the Savior Church on Wednesday, March 26th – 8:30
AM Hours and Typica, 9:30 AM Liturgy. Clergy are asked to bring
their own black vestments.
The main speaker at the Southern Retreat is Archim. Demetrios
(Carellas).

The Southern Retreat is limited to 40 participants and
registrations will be accepted on a first come first served basis.
