Metropolitan Hilarion's Ukase on the Convocation the Lenten Retreats

Where: Holy Cross Monastery – 505 Holy Cross Road, Wayne, WV

When: April 8-10, 2013. Retreat officially begins on Tuesday, April 9th at 7:00 AM; Monday, April 8th is designated as a travel day – informal dinner at 4:30 PM, followed by Matins and Great Compline at 5:30 PM.

Cost: $150 per person (includes two nights lodging).

Who can attend: Clergy (deacons and priests) and matushkas of the Eastern American Diocese ROCOR and Patriarchal Parishes in the USA MP.

Lodging: Beech Fork State Park, Wayne, WV. Two nightS lodging (double occupancy) on April 8th and 9th. When registering, please indicate your primary roommate choice (couples will automatically be assigned to the same room).

Airport: Those who wish to fly to West Virginia must fly to Charleston Yeager Airport CRW and send their flight information to fralexander@holycross-hermitage.com in order to arrange for pick-up and drop-off.

Services: All clergy will serve at the Hierarchal Presanctified Liturgy in Christ the Savior Church on Wednesday, April 10th – 8:30 AM Hours and Typica, 9:30 AM Liturgy. Clergy are asked to bring their own black vestments.

Speaker: The main speaker at the Southern Retreat is Archimandrite Irenei (Steenberg).
