ALL EASTERN AMERICAN DIOCESAN CLERGY AND SPOUSES
A
diocesan pastoral conference has been summoned in Atlanta, GA at St.
Mary of Egypt Church on October 21-23 of this year. We invite all the
clergy and their wives to participate in this pastoral conference.
Each parish is responsible for reimbursing its clerics and their
spouses for their traveling, accommodation, and registration expenses.
Each parish treasurer is to forward a check in the
amount of $200.00 per attending parish clergyman and spouse
payable to: St. Mary of Egypt Church (Attn: Fr. John Townsend), 1765
Woodstock Road, Roswell, GA 30075 no later than September 25th
to cover the host parish’s expenses in sponsoring this conference.
The nearby Hampton Inn has agreed to provide their
double-occupancy rooms to us for $94 per night. When calling, please
mention that you are attending the Russian Orthodox Clergy Conference
in Atlanta.
Please bring your own green vestments with you.
