Mayfield, PA: Bishop George led the Divine Services in St. John the Baptist Cathedral on the Feast of the Procession of the Honorable Wood of the Life-Giving Cross of the Lord

On Saturday the 13th and Sunday the 14th of August, on the feast of the Procession of the Honorable Wood of the Life-Giving Cross of the Lord, His Grace, Eastern American Diocesan vicar Bishop George of Mayfield, visited St. John the Baptist Cathedral in Mayfield, PA.

On Saturday evening, His Grace prayed at the All-Night Vigil and the bringing-out of the Cross, led by cathedral dean Archpriest John Sorochka, co-served by cathedral Protodeacon Gregory Petrochko. On Sunday morning, Bishop George celebrated the Divine Liturgy, co-served by parish clergy.
