New York, NY: Diocesan Hierarchs took part in the Council of Bishops of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia

On Tuesday, May 10, under  the chairmanship of the First Hierarch of ROCOR, His Eminence Hilarion, Metropolitan of Eastern America and New York, the Council of Bishops of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia convened at Synodal Headquarters in New York City. Taking part in the Council were Their Graces, Eastern American Diocesan vicar Bishops George of Mayfield and Jerome of Manhattan.

On Sunday, May 15, the Council concluded with the concelebration of the festal Liturgy in the Synodal Cathedral of the Sign. The Primate of the Russian Church Abroad led the divine services, co-served by the body of hierarchs of the Church Abroad and the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, Archbishop Justinian of Naro-Fominsk.
