Mebane, NC: Archpriest Alexander Davydov celebrated his first Liturgy as rector of Holy Trinity Church

On Saturday, April 9, Archpriest Alexander Davydov, having arrived from Kursk, Russia, celebrated his first Divine Liturgy at Holy Trinity Church in Mebane, NC. Following the service, he was formally greeted with bread and salt by Ivan and Lydia Dolgov, founders of the parish and members of the Board of Trustees.

Holy Trinity Church now has a full-time rector, whom parishioners and Orthodox Christians in North Carolina’s capital region may contact for all spiritual needs (baptisms, hospital visits, etc.).
