Howell, NJ: Statement from the Diocesan Office regarding the health of Metropolitan Hilarion

 

In a brief statement released on Great Thursday, His Eminence, Metropolitan Hilarion thanked all the clergy and faithful of the Eastern American Diocese for their prayers during his recovery. His Eminence has been able to serve for the past two weeks in Australia, but will still be in considerable pain for several months as he continues physical therapy. We beseech the clergy and faithful of the Eastern American Diocese to continue praying for the health of Metropolitan Hilarion in private, although special petitions for His Eminence during the Augmented Litany should no longer be said.
