Novo-Diveevo: Bishop Jerome celebrated the Divine Liturgy in Holy Dormition Convent

On Saturday, January 15, the day of St. Seraphim of Sarov, His Grace Jerome, Bishop of Manhatten, celebrated the Divine Liturgy in Holy Dormition Convent at Novo-Diveevo (Nanuet, NY). His Grace was co-served by monastery clerics Archpriest Alexander Fedorowski and Archpriest Gleb Wleskoff, Priest Dmitri Don (rector of Sts. Cosmas & Damian Church in Passaic, NJ), and Protodeacon Dimitri Temidis (cleric of Holy Virgin Protection Church in Nyack, NY). Abbess Irene, rectress of the convent, and the sisterhood also prayed at the service. The Liturgy was served to the triumphal singing of the choir and in an extremely heightened, prayerful atmosphere. After the Liturgy, a luncheon was served for pilgrims and parishioners alike.
