ALL EASTERN AMERICAN DIOCESAN CLERGY AND SPOUSES
A diocesan pastoral conference and Lenten retreat has been summoned in
Mayfield, PA at St. John the Baptist Cathedral on March 1-3, 2010. The
presence of all diocesan clergy is mandatory and all matushkas are
invited to participate. Each parish is responsible for reimbursing its
clerics and their spouses for their traveling, accommodation, and
registration expenses.
Each parish treasurer is to forward a check in the amount of
$200.00 per attending parish clergyman and spouse, payable to:
St. John the Baptist Cathedral (Attn: Subdeacon Michael Pavuk) 706
Hill Street, Mayfield, PA 18433-2101 no later than January 22nd
to cover the host parish’s expenses in sponsoring this conference.
If there are any extraordinary reasons for clergy not to attend
this conference, they must notify only the diocesan administration by
phone at (732) 961-1917 or e-mail at eadiocese@gmail.com. Please bring
your own black vestments with you.
