Synodal Cathedral
On February 25, Wednesday of the First Week of Great Lent, His Grace,
Eastern American Diocesan vicar Bishop Nicholas of Manhattan, having
prayed first at Matins, Hours, and Typica, then performed the Liturgy of
Presanctified Gifts at the Synodal Cathedral of the Sign in New York
City.

The parish Sisterhood of St. Seraphim Memorial Church in Sea Cliff, NY,
headed by Elizabeth Mikheev, is holding a collection for aid for
refugees of the humanitarian catastrophe in the Donets Basin
("Donbass"). Over $5,000 was collected by the feast of Christ’s
Nativity, and was passed on to the Svyatogorsk Lavra of the Ukrainian
Orthodox Church.

The forty-two-voiced choir, based in the city of Austin, the state
capital of Texas, which consists of top-level choral singers from all
over the United States, has been paying a lot of attention to the
